But still he happily joined his class and most often he was dancing the opposite direction of the group. It was so cute!

It's been a while for me, been busy with a lot of things. Well as for the little boy he finished kinder as the most outstanding student plus three other medals. I can't ask for more. Happy for his medals since it means a lot to him. He was upset last year when he did nit get any so we told him he need to listen to his teacher and I think he took this by heart. So we were surprised when we were told him he was the outstanding student for kinder but of course very much happy. Here's a picture of him with his medals.

It's Friday and hello weekend, for tomorrow I have some errands to do with my parents. Will hear mass in the evening, me and Jett will have a dinner date for now I am craving for Pepper Lunch in Powerplant. I also plan to buy some ingredients needed for Banana Cake, I hope the cake turns out good just the first try I had with the supervision of Mommy's Jett. Then Andres will sleep with my parents. Since we have to go Tagaytay Sunday morning so it will be faster if Andres will sleep with them. So we can leave the house early and jut pick them up. My Tita is visiting us from US so we will take her to Tagaytay for breakfast. Hope it's not crowded as people can celebrate an early Valentine's treat also, so we opted fpr breakfast rather to have lunch. It's a busy weekend for us on top of this I have to help my sister check about Accuntane Lawsuit since one of her friends is in dire need of help for any assitance. Oh well I may not be leaving in the US but last I know they can be reached thru O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath – Personal Injury Lawyers – 808 West Avenue, Austin, TX. 78701 – 512-494-9949. Well we are now half way thru January 2011 and seems it's just yesterday it was 2010. What's in store for 2011 I don't know but I know 2011 will be a good year for all of us. I just feel it. Anyway one news I heard is that a good friend of mine is finally migrating to the US and since she's a nurse she will be wearing a nursing uniforms and as a send off gift to her I opted to give her a burnt orange scrubs which she was very happy since she likes orange. Before she leaves anytime next month I promise her that I will accompany her to look for a cheap nursing scrubs which she will be needing for the next few months. I know in time she will be able to buy more from the US.

As for my family we have big plans and I hope and pray this is our year. With prayers and perseverance we will achieve this. I know it's not going to be easy but we have faith in what we want. We are not aiming for the impossible but we are aiming for what is achievable. I believe we just need to focus and everything will fall into place. Before I go and research about the best way to buy gold coins since Jett and I are seriously considering this option as our long term investment. As they say world demand for silver now exceeds annual production, and has every year since 1990. So we might as well think about it especially now that Andres is getting big. Well after sharing some pictures taken by Andres last night we will have a serious talk about our investment. The little boy so much loves his Daddy's camera that he can even use on his own, and I am proud to say that he knows what to do with the camera. Be the judge and see below.

yup that's what is happening with the boxes shipped by my sister and what's frustrating is most of my gifts i will be giving i brought online. It only means that I did not do much Christmas shopping for gifts and I don't plan to do any as it will just double our expenses. the box was shipped last Oct 12 and according to the shipping company we should be receiving it with 30 to 35 days, so not counting weekends we should have it end of November or the most by this week. Well from the last update that I had the box is already here but still waiting for the papers that will be given by their US office. I just hope that this week they can finally deliver it since will be seeing friends by next week and I hope I can give the gifts to the children already.

Two Sundays ago we went out to meet family. Our first stop buffet lunch at Trellis and you know what that means it's an eat all you can of sisig. I may say Trellis is still the best! I was so full that I can barely finish my research about buy gold which one of Jett's Tita was asking us to do. As you all know there may never be a better time for buying silver bullion than right now. Well we both know the importance of investing and we will do it now. Well after Trellis lunch we have to meet another relative to have a snack. We had bibingka and puto bung bong from Via Mare and as always it's so good. finally after two or so years i bought my LV bag, why it took so long i thought it was something that i want that will someday pass. since i have other priorities i have to put this back but realized i have to buy this. not my original choice but much better! is this the last i don't think so i just know myself too much and this is the reason i don't want to start this! hahahaha until my next purchase which i am eyeing in a couple of months! thanks benaki for being supportive and pushing to buy one for me, i think he's getting irritated of me wanting to buy but still not doing it for the past year.

yes after a week i now have the Starbucks 2011 planner in silver, as per request of my sister. Hahahaha so for one week I have been drinking a lot of coffee and with the help of my friends I was to get it in a week time. So now I am off to my second card which is for me now, I wonder how long would it be this time. Well the reason I need to complete this fast is because a friend of my sister will be going back to US by weekend so to save shipping I can have her bring the planner to my sister. Oh well for now on to my very own planner.

Yes in a matter of 5 days I got lots of stickers, with the help of some officemate who I asked to buy coffee but I do get the stickers. Anyway the reason I am in a hurry is because I need the diary by Wednesday so that a friend of my sister who is going back to the US can bring this. This will save me shipping fees. Of well this is easy now.. I know since today I am craving for some Toffee Nut Latte :).

It's the time of the year again where I collect stickers to have planner from Starbucks. Yes I collect this ever since it started. If I am not mistaken this started around 2004. Honestly I don't use this much it's more of a collection for me. Since they have been releasing different designs per year I tend to collect all of them. So I am aiming to have those three planner. I have started it yesterday since it's the first day they are giving away one free sticker for every card. Though I think I like the red one so that will be my first target. Also my sister who is in the US always ask for one so every year I ship one planner to her. I am excited to get my planner just as I am excited to collect gold coins since I have read that recognized for centuries as one of the best ways to preserve one’s wealth and purchasing power. I just hope I will have the funds soon since one of our priority for 2011 is to invest. I will surely put this on my Starbucks planner then.

Anyway to get this limited 2011 planner one needs to purchase 9 Holiday featured Beverages ( Praline Mocha, Peppermint Mocha and my favorite Toffee Nut Latte) and 8 beverages of your choice. This is the way I feel now I know I should not take it this way but hey I am only human. That's what I felt after our town hall which in a way provided us details of what will happen to the team. I should have been more ready since I fairly have an idea but hearing it and making it final made me feel this way. Oh I know it's just a matter of time for me and I will get over it. It's just being put in what the call "HIPOS" you would expect a little more but I guess I was wrong. For now I have to accept it for my team's sake since if they see me like this it would be nice. I need to put a brave face for them, I know I can do this. I just need some time. Please I need to overcome this soon.

Yes I am I bit because of the upcoming announcement later this evening. As I have mentioned our group will be having a re organization and though I have an idea of what will it be I can't but help to feel nervous. I know change is constant but I am only human to feel this way. I am ready for it but what about my team.. I hope they do to. I just hope this is really for the best for everybody and I want us to be the best as they say the change can make us achieve this. Oh well I hope this is a good way to end of the year. I just want to have a good holiday season since Christmas is just around the corner. Speaking of which I better start wrapping the presents to be given out but majority of the gifts are still on the way which I ordered online. Hopefully I can have a much better update.

Yes here I am rushing to reading about Depuy Lawsuit which announced a recall of 93,000 hip replacement systems due to a large number of people experiencing pain and swelling so severe that a second hip replacement surgery became necessary. Why am I rushing since I only have a few minutes before we hit the road for some errands. Oh well that's what I don't like when I am cramming with such things and needs to finish errands. It's been a busy week for me as I have mentioned we had a visitor last week from the office so I had no time to research that a good friend of mine is asking. We had a visitor last week to train us for the systems that we have to maintain and it was information overload for all of us. Though we had an idea but to fully learn it in two days is draining. Well I can say it was a good trip since we learned so much and hoping we can deliver!

Well travel and vacations plans are all on hold since Jett just transferred to a new company. So what does it means for me, here I am itching to book a quick getaway but only for a weekend. Oh I so like to book a plane for our upcoming wedding anniversary since we have been leaving the town to celebrate our anniversary for the past years. Well what can I do some sacrifices I have to make since the transfer to the new office gave us what we really like. Vacation can wait til early next year and our first target is to go to Boracay for the summer. This is something we are looking forward to so as early as now I am trying to book for an airline already to save some bucks. Another agenda for me early this morning is to read about Houston pest control which they say provides the best termite control, pest control, fire ant control, flea control, and bee control services to residential and commercial customers. Of well I better share this to my friends who is in need of such services, for me I can keep this as a reference. I might as well need it someday.

Better be late than never, before I read about gold bullion and gold coin, which my parents have long been bugging me. Yes this is my latest addiction, I have been eating this almost everyday since last week Friday. I just so love twister fries and for me Coke float is the perfect match. Oh this will surely add pounds to me. Oh well I know they will only serve this for a limited time so I would better take advantage of it. Just had this a couple of hours and honestly I want it again, will see since Jett is still out I might ask him to grab one... hahahaha. This is bad as it's late now but will see.

Today mark a milestone for the little boy as we finally got the final result for his entrance exam from CSA. You guess it right he passed.. well we were confident he would do good. But you know it's still a relief for us to have the official word that he indeed passed the final test. He first had a pre-assessment interview for which we were informed that once he passed that the next test would be an assessment of his IQ but it's more of a formality. So the important one is the pre assessment interview which he passed with flying colors. Well as for us we are very excited about this which makes us realize we need to start investing like gold coins since going to big school is no joke, tuition fee wise. But we are not thinking of that the important thing is Andres gets the best education. As they say buying gold has been recognized for centuries as one of the best ways to preserve one’s wealth and purchasing power. Well I have no question about it but we really have to invest wisely so I know this is a wise option.

For the past few years I have friends and relatives migrating to other countries to work as a nurse. I guess it's for the best for them but for me this is something not meant for me. I am afraid of hospitals though I do like to live in other country. Though I would love to see myself wearing lab coats just like doctors but sad to say I am so much afraid of needles. Oh well I guess it's not for me though I often try to wear scrubs uniforms for the fun of it. Anyway back to my relatives since a number have already migrated our family reunions for my father's side have grown smaller and we misses the usual big gathering we have during occasions. Though we get to talk to them every now and then especially with the technology that we have. Good thing Internet is readily available so communication is not a problem.

This also made me think if Andres will consider going to medical school someday. I know financially this will be hard but as parents we will surely support this. He would surely look good in green scrubs once he starts to practice medicine. Will see but for now I will just let him discover on what he wants to be when he grows up.

Well finally my sister was able to ship the box so hopefully we will have it by end of November. Up to the last minute I had to order the Christmas wish of Andres which I paid a double amount for the shipping so just it can be delivered to my sister a day before the scheduled pick up of the box. Well I know it's worth it as I know the big boy will be happy about it. Just like investing in gold coins as I know thinking about our future is our top priority for the family. Well we have plans for next year and hope we can finally have it. Corssfingers and pray and hard work, I know we can do it. I am thinking to do some research about United States Gold Bureau since they say buying gold has been recognized for centuries as one of the best ways to preserve one’s wealth and purchasing power. But got distracted when my sister mentioned that he was able to buy another pair of Saucony rubber shoes for Andres the last minute just hours before she was to ship the box. Two weeks ago we went to CSA for a pre assessment interview and boy was I nervous. I have no doubt Andres knows the answers but more of his "kakulitan" I am scared. Well he does not want being questioned especially for stuff he already knows, my fear is he will tell the teacher "paulit - ulit". Also I am not sure on what is standard for bog school already though when we were getting the schedule for his interview we were told that it's more of a Q & A plus we were ask if Andres knows how to read. Well good thing he knows how to read so I don't have to worry about that. So the "day" came and I was all smiles when the teacher told me that Andres is very good and he know everything that was asked of him :). As what was mentioned to us after the pre assessment interview and if he passed he will have another test, which he took last Friday. The test according to them is more of a formality but more or less Andres has already passed. For now we are waiting for his test to other school and will see.

Tomorrow we will be the start of our big school hunting for our little boy. Our first two stop will be Colegio San Agustin and Don Bosco considering the proximity of the said school I would say it's good. It's less than thirty minutes of drive. Though I would prefer CSA since I mentioned I like coed school but will see. I have already prepared the requirements like birth certificate, marriage certificate, baptismal and ID picture. I am excited and at the same time apprehensive since I know big school is different to his current pre school wherein there's lesser students. But I believe Andres can easily adjust as what he showed when he entered Nursery, he bravely went in the class. He did not even cry or look at us. Oh well I have to start accepting that Andres is a big boy and no longer my baby. We still have some schools to consider as my husband would like to have it a try to Ateneo though proximity is one major thing we need to consider. So see we still have a long way to decide. For now all we need to save for the future as we we will do everything to provide Andres the best we could offer. I heard investing in gold bullion is one option we can have since it has been recognized for centuries as one of the best ways to preserve one’s wealth and purchasing power. well for the longest time I have not been buying any "bags" but lately I am into it again. I am waiting for my "big" purchase anytime soon, you know I have been liking this bag for a long time but I always opt not to buy yet even if I was able to get the funds. Since we already have Andres we are thinking of what we need first rather that what we want.. hehehe. Last year I was able to save enough to buy this bag but opt to buy a nice piece of jewelry. As per Jett he's been bugging me to buy the "bag" since he know I really want it but for practicality I am just waiting for the right time. We spent a day at our Ninang's house to have a dip in their pool. It was so much fun having the pool by yourself and just relax. They have a big grounds and within it is their pool with slide. Now I am thinking to buy gold since this is a good investment. I heard there may never be a better time for buying silver bullion than right now. I know times are hard now so we are a lookout for a good investment. Who knows in the near future we may afford to buy a big lot and have our own pool. I believe in God's time it will come we just need to believe it will come.

Just look at the picture below and see how Andres enjoyed the pool with his Daddy. As for me I enjoyed using the slide.. hahahaha. Oh well we just need to focus and and it will be within our reach. As for now we are very much happy with what we have and enjoying life as is. As they say be happy with what you have and you will have a grand time with your life. As for us we just want to provide Andres the best that we can and we know we are both working for it.

Our not so little boy turned 5 last September 2 and for his birthday we just had him blow a cake a granted his wish.... what's his wish a red FERRARI car. So we bought him a Ferrari F1 car and what I like is this the 2008 car of no other than Kimi!

As for the little boy he was happy for his wish since if you ask him what he wants he will not ask for toys. Really he have lots and I think he understands now that he have more than he could play with. I am happy on how Andres grew up he may be "MAKULIT" but I think every kid is like that. Even if we go to toy stores and let him pick one toy he would say no need since he have this at home. He never throws any tantrums or ask us to buy a toy. Often time I would buy him since even asked he does not pick a toy, so will just buy for him. In the end it will just be in the cabinet and still closed since he thinks he have so much already. But he still like the cheap toys I tell you.

Also he's getting to be smart, we don't like to put pressure on him but he's Top 1 now in class. He made this on his own without us pushing him, We just remind him that if he wants to buy his Ferrari car then he should listen in school and behave, well it seems to work. We just want him to have good study habits and have him understand that education is important for him to achieve what he wants.

Well we love you very much and we hope nothing but the best for you. Grow up as God fearing individual and always remember no matter what we will always be here for you Andres.

Yup our little boy will be 5 this September 2 and thinking about it, time flies so fast. We have a five year old son who's growing super fast without us realizing it. As for me he's still my baby but Andres will throw a fit if I call him a baby... for him he's a big boy already. Which is making me in denial and think where did all those five years go! As for celebration, we will just have McDonald's party celebration at his school, good thing about McDo they have take away party. Just love this idea so less worries for me. But of course I am very aware that they have limited item in their loot bag and prizes so I made sure to buy some. Well that some turns out to be a lot looking at the toys and give aways I have. When I am seeing the big plastic bags that I bought for Andres small party for 15 kids. Well I did hope to buy gold coins but I don't think the kids will care much so I opted for cheap toys they will enjoy for time being. Well I do hope Andres enjoys his school party. As for our family still have no definite plans as to where we will treat our families, will see. Will post pictures after his school party.

Last April to celebrate my birthday we went to Laiya Batangas for some relaxation and since we have another trip come May we opted to have beach on somewhere near. As tested we went to LaLuz since we have tried this resort for several times. Well nothing bad to say but we all enjoyed and relaxed. Well as I have posted in the past I have learned to love Formula 1 and Kimi, sad to say he Ferrari opted to terminate his contract for another driver which I dislike so much. You know before him coming to Ferrari I used to like this driver but after all that happened because I know he was the reason Kimi was boosted out. Oh well it's Ferrari's lost as Kimi is one of the talented driver out there. Sponsors really talk a lot so if I have any gold coin I would surely use this to be convert and be a sponsor. It's just for me I miss watching Kimi race in F1 though he's still racing in WRC but from where I am WRC is not being televised. So for now I have no plans of going back to Singapore to watch F1 although the husband still like by 2012 since it's Andres 7th birthday and he's favorite driver is back, who else it Schumi!

I have nothing to do but just to be lazy for the remaining hours of weekend so what I am thinking is to where to buy gold coins, that as if I have can afford now. But there's nothing wrong being prepared since this is surely a wise investment. You know with the hard times now we should know where to invest our savings. Especially now that Andres will be going to big school by next school year and we want to make sure he gets the best of the best. If distance is not a problem we really like to try Ateneo but we have to consider the proximity of our place. Now I am thinking to go to CSA since it's much near our place. I have to consider the travel time since I do not want to tire him much with so much travelling at a young age. One thing I also prefer is to enroll him to a mixed boys and girls school since I am have been to an exclusive school already. Really no issue but this is just my preference, as for the Dad as long as it it is good then he is fine.

Weekend that is and come Monday again and back to work.. urgh. Oh well just fie more days and another weekend to come. For this weekend I did stayed home morning of Saturday then come evening went to mass then when to Glorietta for dinner and Timezone for the boy. Sunday was usual spent at my parent's house. I cooked Kare Kare then we had liempo, tokwa and pork plus some crabs and grilled fish. Super good food on Sunday and now back home. Hope all had a good weekend.

Pearl Farm 2009

Last November 2009 we went to Pearl Farm Davao, what can I say nice resort but expensive considering what they offer. But it's a nice place you'd feel the nature and calmness, so this is one place worth going if you want to relax and just be quiet and have good spending time with family. Service is good I must say plus their breakfast buffet, see I love breakfast buffet! You see you have to call their front desk for pickup if you want from one your room to the other side of the resort though you can manage to walk if yo want. Since we opted to get the Mandala house since I don't want to stay so near the water ( see picture below), we need the shuttle every time we want to eat or go to their infinity pool. Though there's a pool near our area also and we can order for room service if we want. Our room is nice though and their bathroom is kinda unique wherein you can take a bath out in the open area. There's also a speed boat that can take you to a nearby private island thy own, good place also. If I remember it's Malipanao island, hope I get it right. Well all in all our experience here was good and relaxing. Since we were in city only on morning on the first day we were not able to visit Davao so I am wondering if I am able to buy gold coins there. As you know nowadays it's important to have good investment so whenever we go out of town I try to look for such and maybe I can have a good buy that I can invest for my family.

Well since it's past midnight now I am thinking of what to do later. First thing is to sleep long it's weekend! Then I am thinking to do grocery tough I can not stay out for long since my nanny is sick, though getting better now. I also would like to have my "ME" time but since I am saving then I better not do that.. hahahaha. I was suppose to meet my friends but that was canceled, well I hope to see them soon since I misses them. Will see but for sure will go hear mass then have dinner then bring the boy to the mall. For Jett's birthday last February we treated our parents to our sumptuous breakfast at bag of beans in Tagaytay. Well aside form we all love eating, Jett and I are fond of eating good breakfast food. Every time we are in resorts we look forward to their buffet breakfast. Like for me I would rather eat breakfast than any other meal, for some reason I just love it. Our group will be having major changes in the coming weeks though I have an idea of what will happen it's still making me apprehensive. Though I know this is for the good it's just that change is scary though I know change is constant. When you are the one to have some changes it's a different story. Well I am prepared for it in way I just want to make sure that people that I call my team will be ready for this. I have seen them develop and looking at them makes me proud of their development. Though it's sad that they might move to another team but I know they will do good and make me proud. Sometimes it's makes me sad because I have trained them in my own way to be the best they could be and now they do good I have to let them go. Well I guess this is preparation for me for Andres my future kids that someday they will choose their own path and move on with their life. Oh well enough of this maybe I should try hair schools in Wichita which is a known beauty school which is found some 50 years ago. Who knows this is what I am looking for. This is something I can consider someday but for now I have to face the challenges that will happen anytime soon with my team. I know we can do it and get over this.

it's been more than a year

Since my last post and I have to say so many things had happened, where to start I don't know. Well my last post was about our quick getaway to Boracay last May 2009 so let' start to where we went since then. Jett and I watch F1 in Singapore last September and it was a memorable trip, remember Ondoy, yes we were in the streets trying to catch our plane on that exact date. Did we made it NO.. and PAL was so frustrating since it was hard to contact them for re booking so we had no choice by midnight but to get another airline and the price was doubled hahaa. But having the chance to watch F1 was worth it. Another post on this. Then come November we, my parents with Andres, went to Davao and stayed in Pearl Farm... what can I say a nice resort but honestly it's something we will not go back to.. hahahaha. Then May of this year Jett and I took Andres to HK Disney, stayed in the city for a night and two nights in Disneyland Hollywood Hotel. Well this deserve another post, for now I am planning another trip. As to where I still have no idea, maybe somewhere where there's Online casino. Oh well I owe so much to this blog. As there so much to stories to share especially about out little boy, who's not so little anymore!

Boracay 2009

We had a quick getaway where else -- Boracay last April 26. We really have no plans to go to Bora but late March my SIL mentioned that she has plans of going to Bora and since it was getting hot and really missed Boracay during summer ( we have been going to this island every December for the past two years), we decided to come along. Thank God the weather was so nice! We opted again to stay at White House on station 1 and I really enjoy staying at this place now aside from the pool for the kids, service was great as in. Since we are returning guest we got 10% off on the place :). I guess our plan to stay at Waling Waling again is a question mark now.. hehehehe. All in all it was super fun but stressful having two kids on tow si Andres nangigil kay Julia kasi.. but other than that it was really really relaxing and fun for us.

We love you very much and we can not ask for more - Be & Andres

Well we went to Tagaytay last weekend for a date and had an overnight stay at Taal Vista Hotel... so many nice boutique hotels to choose from but Jett & I deceide to stay here since we love it's breakfast buffet plus Casino is just walking distance. But mind you we are not gambler (just want to unwind and relax... hehehehe) we just played color game and some few minutes with card games ( laki kasi ng bet eh). Oh well still the same we did not win eh pero we played for two hours and just limited it to 2K.. so nanalo din naman kasi we lasted that long with that money.

As for food we ate bulalo near the radar.. cheap no pero bulalo is good as in authentic, we had this for lunch then had crepe and coffee at Breton since I am so craving for this for the longest time. Then tried Buon Giorno for dinner good food for the price... yummy bread and pasta. Then buffet breakfast at the hotel. Bought raisin bread from Bag of Beans and buko crumble/mango cheese tart from Amira's. Sorry no picture to share for the food except the crepe.

well don't know where to start it's just so many things happening plus the fact i am so lazy to blog but just a recap:

happy that my new Yaya is okay... i feel so blessed with Yaya ( just my third Yaya) thankful talaga
have to enroll Andres for school this summer
went to Tagaytay for overnight with Jett (date for us) plus casino :) last weekend
booked our Boracay trip this April :) with the little boy ( I am so excited for this)
looking for a booking for our July Davao trip - hoping to finalize budget for Pearl Farm
booking for Sing trip this September for FI... excited ako.. mahal kasi because of F1 so have to book early to have some discount
finished appraisal for the whole team... as for me hmmh happy with my rating hehehehe
Andres will be a ring bearer this March for the wedding of my cousin
on a lookout for a house that we can buy... weighing our option to buy a house and lot or just construct one from a lot we already have - one thing is for sure both is form the South area since mas sanay kami dun... hay hirap mag decide

Boracay 2008.. kwento

To celebrate our 4th year anniversary we again went to Boracay but this we have the little boy with us ( ",) . Jett & I really wanted to stay at Waling Waling since we have been staying at this place since were bf/gf but since we are not sure if Andres will enjoy the beach (since our stay at BBC we were mostly staying at the pool), we opted for a resort with a pool.

As always the little boy was all over the airport ( had an early flight to Kalibo via PAL, we opted for this since we have Andres with us rather that take the small plane to Caticlan)

It was raining during that day and upon arrival to Kalibo there was still some rain, the scary thing when we got to Caticlan the rain is so hard so we were both stress with the boat ride. good thing the waves was manageable and Andres was at his best, kami ni Jett yun natakot! In less than ten minutes we were in the island already and was greeted by he resort driver, we stayed at White House in station 1.

After having our lunch at the resort the rain just stop and out came the sun so we were able to spend the rest of the afternoon at the beach and enjoying the white sand but I may say the water is so cold.

We opted to have dinner at Paradise Grill near D Mall, we also ate here last year. Then after roaming around to buy some pasalubong we then went back to the resort and called it a night

day 2, we just had breakfast at the cabana and the little boy was all recharged and was just all around the place

good thing the weather is so nice so we just enjoyed ourselves and let Andres play around. as usual we had some shakes over at Jonahs and again went to the D Mall to eat lunch, after which we just walked back to the resort... Andres just walk as in napagod hehehehe

and since he found some playmate Jett & I were able to have a massage at the same time. side kwento Andres playmates was the kids of the therapist.. kakatuwa siya as he really enjoyed playing with them :)

by 6 we went inside the room to wash up and have dinner.. ayun napagod si Andres. so we just waited for him and after his power nap the little boy is again full of energy, so we went back to the station 2 to have dinner, it was the resto that serves the "best ribs" daw in Bora.. well okay naman din :) after roaming again we went back and called it a night

day 3, it was so windy as in but the sun is up.. so we just walked around and went to the water for some time. then in no time we are leaving the resort for our 5:50 pm flight back to Manila. It was one fun vacation especially it was just the three of us so it was bonding time :) Next year for our anniversary I am thinking of Plantation Bay in Cebu but we will see since we just love Bora so much!

and it really broke my heart just tonight. You see I have an odd schedule every once in a while or when needed I come to work on a mid shift meaning my time is 2pm until 12mn or much later depending on the things I need to do. For the past few weeks I have been doing this at least once or the most twice a week. I have no choice at the moment this is my work.... until things get sorted at the office.. I know soon. Anyway as my usual I called home around 9:30om to check if yaya have already brushed teeth and have given Andres a shower or punas and prepared him to sleep, and Andres just answered the phone and calling me while crying. He was really crying his lungs out saying that he will have his milk and where am I? No matter what I tell him he just keeps on crying and saying this things over and over again. It really made me feel bad and broke my heart because this was the first time he demanded as if pointing out to me that it's late and time for him to sleep and yet I am not home. No matter what explanation that I tell him that he sleeps first Mama will be home soon and will cuddle him when I get home.. he just keeps on crying. So even if I still have tons of things to do I have to rush home... good thing our house is just 10 mins drive (as if I drive naman), so Jett was able to pick me up ASAP. So while we are going home we called Andres and assuring him that we are on our way home so the whole time we were travelling we just talked to him. So the minute he saw us his reaction is something I will forever remember! He seems so happy that we kept our promise that we are on our way home to put him to sleep. As soon as he saw us he was pointing to our room and getting his milk and off he went to the bed. In no time he was sleeping but before that he keeps on making lambing and always checking if I am beside him on the bed.

Well this is something I will always remember... Andres or the family will always come first. We can always drop what we are doing for our little boy!

just after his car crashed in the wall with 5 or 7 laps to go ( this is so not Kimi, he seems so lost and frustrated)

Well from the way 2008 season for Kimi, all I can say is darn! It's just so frustrating to watch with all the bad luck that have happened to him. It seems that one way or another some misfortune will happen, from a very good qualifying to P3 starting. Jett an I was really looking forward to this since this the first time for Singapore to host and the very first night race in the history of Formula One. So just imagine the spectacle and excitement for F1 fanatic just like me. All well said it just saddens me to see Kimi struggle with every race and the harder he try the more he seems to be unlucky. Even with a P3 start he was really catching the P2, from a 7 second lead it was down to 2, then the safety car went out because an accident which really compromised the drivers of Ferrari. Oh, well there's the last three races to go, and I just hope that luck will one more strike Kimi. As many knows, he is a good F1 driver, it's just that luck is not on his side now!

Here home can alone on a Saturday night, although early in the morning all of us went to my parent's house, Jett just dropped us of their as he has an out of town something with his office mates. Yeah I let him do it since it's been ages that he have been able to go on an overnight without us. So late in the afternoon we hit the mall as I need to buy a luggage that I will use for my Hong Kong trip, the one we have is a small one that be used as a hand carry the other one is the large one. So I bought the medium one, just the perfect one I need. But since it's a weekend there's so many people in the mall so I just bought my luggage since I need this in two weeks time and next weekend will be busy one for us. After that we just let the little boy play at Toy Kingdom and bought him some Thomas train. We then had dinner and went home. I may say I went home here and Andres will sleep at my parent's house. So this is the reason I am home alone and I miss my two boys terribly.

Well I opted to stay home here is to do some household chores plus watch the qualifying of Formula One in Singapore, since there are doing special showing of practice and in an hours time t will be qualifying already. By the way this is the first night race for F1 and so far so good. Tomorrow morning I am going back to my parent's house and spend the day there.

To start our weekend we just made our grocery this morning and shucks prices I think are going up. Though I really have no sheet to compare the prices but just looking at the cart it's seems the quantity is much less that our usual grocery yet the total is way much higher. You see we usually do one big time grocery for the month then some light grocery when needed until our next big grocery time. Well hope the supplies last until the next month, since we will be busy for the coming weekends. Late this afternoon will be hearing Mass at Magallanes then hitting the mall, not sure of Powerplant or High St. You see I want to buy a new crocs for the little boy and I saw a cute green Diego crocs that for sure the little boy will like. But before anything I am on a lookout for Top South African Websites since a friend of mine is asking if such exist. And I told her, of course it exist as everything can be found on the net such as Website Reviews , wherein every country has it own reviews. I bet my friend will be delighted with my find.

Tomorrow will be going to Jett's parents to visit, also MIL had a bad case of diarrhea for he past days, but she is all well now. In the evening not sure if we will be watching a movie or just hang around at Starbucks Magallanes for coffee, will see.

For the longest time I am really considering to look for another job, you know the feeling of doing the same thing over and over again. But time and time again challenges always come my way. I have been very busy with office that I come home very tired but as always the little boy always remove any stress I may have, not just for me but for Jett also. Andres just brings so much joy in our life and come to think of it it's because of him that we strive to work hard. Now back to me, with the recent merger in the office so many changes are happening everywhere, I am tasked to remotely manage a few people from Japan & Korea plus the team I have here now (which I loved dearly). Hay am I to be excited, ummh yeah pwede since this means I may be able to travel again back to Japan and get to visit Korea but come to think of it I really don't know if I still can. Well being able to handle people from Japan & Korea can be a big thing but for now I will just take a day at a time. Since changes is a constant thing, who knows if next month another big news will come my way.

It's been 15 years or more since the sister of my Mom moved to New York, together with her husband and six children. Two of her children was almost the same age as me and my sister. It have been also that long since the last time I saw them though we have managed to communicate through phone then later on with email and chats. Now that technology is so so different as fifteen years ago I wonder if moving to NY would have also meant that they will be interested with Black Chat Rooms since from their stories to us they gained a number of friends and according to them these are the friends that have guide them when they were just adjusting to NY and up until now that they are married and have their own family they still have this special friendship.

Day 1

August 27 went to in the afternoon MMC since I need to get the room reservation, after filing up the forms I was then ask to wait since they need to clean the room. So while waiting I decided to have coffee frist in SB since it's just near the hospital and I also know that once I went to my room wala ng labasan yun.. nyikes. So late in the afternoon I went to the room na, nothing special at least my TV. Since I bought a couple of magazines I got to read it na lang while waiting for my Mom and Dad to pass by MMC and bring the little boy. So they dropped by pero sandali lang since I also don't like the idea of Andres staying at the hospital feeling ko daming germs eh. The yaya stayed with me since Jett will be in coming by evening pa. So come dinner time Jett and Arlenne went to MMC and they just ordered from Yellow Cab.. syempre kumain muna ako ng madami before my operation. Then after dinner just watched more TV and called it a night since I know I have a big day the next day. In fairness nakatulog ako ng mahimbing :).

Just got home, have to accompany my Mom who is doing some last minute shopping for the orders of some of our relatives from US. You see my cousin is here for a week's vacation and since we have great number of relatives from US it just means that the orders are quite long. One of their special request is tuna which is really a favorite for them. One strange order that we got is from one of my Dad's brother, he is asking us if we can look for some mailboxes that he plans to use for their home. So from food, clothing and many more it took us some hours to find the perfect one for him. Well to pair with his order of mailboxes we also got him some house numbers and address plaques, for sure my Uncle will be delighted with his goodies. Funny but when we were arranging the goodies which mostly consist of tuna, instant coffee, cup noodles and corned beef, these are also the canned goods that they are sending here only that it is imported. Anyway as they say they always misses the food that we have here. I just hope they enjoy their goodies.

Kimi to stay with Ferrari until 2010

As I have posted here several times I am one fan of F1 on how I became a fanatic it was all because of my dear husband Jett. On a note it was announced that Kimi will be staying with Ferrari until 2010 therefore ending speculation that he will be retiring at the end of his contract by next year. What I can say, I am just so happy and now looking forward to watch the Singapore race come next year.

It's just so tempting to book a flight to Singapore for the F1 this end of September since we have aplace wherein we can stay since couple of our very good friends are already based there. But Jett still firm that it can wait and we can watch come next year.. hay sayang talaga! Pero marunong naman ako sumunod.. so hopefully he will keep his word!

I was really close to tears last night while watching Formula One, call it OA but that was really how I felt last night. It was a good race for Kimi after several months of not so good races from him, he started P4 but eventually during the start he was able to pass Heikki, Felipe and Lewis. But one thing strange with Kimi is this the first time I saw him trying to compete with his teammate not sure if it's because of his eagerness to win since he had won the last BELGIAN GRAND PRIX, to the point that when he was trying to pass it was so close. Jett & I were both on the edge of our seats for the whole race and it really beaked my heart when I saw the accident on the final two laps that caused him the race, although Kimi is not hurt. But it just meant that he did not score any points and his chances of winning the championship is just slipping.

On to the bright side, aside from the fact that I am recovering well from the surgery, I will be going to Hong Kong early next month. This makes me excited since it has been ages since my last international travel, except the Japan trip two years ago but it was all work then. So now I am looking for our Samsonite luggage which I believe was stored in the storage room, I am thinking if this is enough for me as I am considering on bringing some duffles. This will serve as a backup in case I need some space for my shopping goods. Oh well will see on how I pack my things as Jett is saying I should learn how to pack light especially for this trip since for sure I am will be shopping a lot but just make sure that my toiletry kits will be brought along.

it's over... my surgery went well but still here in MMC and got surprise since I was able to go online... hahahaha madami naman pa din hindi nag lock ng security at namimigay ng libreng connectiion. But seriously I thank HIM for making me strong and recovery is fast, let's just say that I was able to eat na after my stay sa recovery room.. sobrang gutom na ako eh. Now still have to extend since I did have a slight fever last night pero now I am super okay naloloka na sa ospital.. I missed Andres so much though he was able to visit me yesterday. As for Jett.. hay sobrang asikaso to the max.... hahahaha chance na para utusan ko. Will post a detailed kwento about my oparation.

If you happen to pass by... well please pray for me as I will be having my thyroid surgery tomorrow Thursday in the afternoon. Well I am scared at the same time glad that after two years I can finally have my surgery :). It will be just a minor one but it's still a surgery but I know the Man UP there will be by my side. I am a firm believer that everything that is happening has a reason and HE will not give you something you can not handle. Oh well will be back soon since as far as I know there will be no Internet connection from MMC.

aarrrrgh.... it's just so frustrating to see him race aside from the fact that he started at P4 but on after the start he even lost it and was 5th...... susme talaga. As I told Jett if he's not anymore with Ferrari by next year, since there's some rumor about his retirement, we will not anymore watch F1 in Singapore by 2009. But we will still go to Sing on some different month next year... maybe earlier or just in time for GST :). To add to his terrible race there's was this pitstop accident wherein the guy responsible for fuel almost got stuck or drag by Kimi. I know it's not his fault since he depends so much on his crew on when he can leave the pit lane, but accident happens and this is something that can bother you.. weather the crew is okay or not after the accident. But that does not stop there as his engine got blown...susme talaga! So it means that Kimi did not get any championship points and this really affects his chance of winning the 2008 F1 championship. But I would like to put credit to Massa to really deserve his win after the not so nice incident at Hungary race. Now as many are saying it seems like Ferrari will now concentrate more on Felipe Massa since he has more chance of winning fro the championship, this makes me sad for Kimi. Oh well, anything can still happens as what happened last year as Kimi won it by just a single point.

Will be going to HK this October with SIL and a friend, and for Jett and the little boy really can not convince Jett for them to come with me. The husband is really firmed na they will come with me by next year pa.. hay susme. Well okay na din since the last time I was in HK was like 7 years ago na so ako na lang muna para next year medyo alam ko na yung place. Since this trip was on a a spur of the moment medyo budgeted so as much as I would love to stay in Marco Polo or Gateway Hotel this time it's a NO NO since wala sa budget yung hotel para sa mga kasama ko.. hehehe. Well as for me okay na lang din since may point naman sila we will not be staying much in the room, pero I would still like to stay in a 3 star hotel at least hindi na ako papayag with apartelle or something like that. Well now I am on alookout for a hotel and susme ang dami palang choices.. naloloka na ako.. so if anyone can recommend... let me know as I need them badly. I am really tron on staying at Kowloon or Causeway side... HELP :). From what I know my SIL would like to have aside trip to Macau but with no Diney as per my request. Ayoko naman mag Disney without Andres as I am saving my Disney trip with Andres & Jett. So this trip will be really for shopping as per Jett, shopping for myself as a reward na daw :) so we are trying to save from the hotel accomodation. Wish me luck as I promised not to but anything fro the little boy... laki na ng gasto ko with him with online shopping.. promise yung damit na I was able to buy online canlast him for a year and the stock that he have from my parent's US trip can last the liitle boy's clothing until he's 5 years old... :)

I have been very busy for the past months and have been long neglecting my blog. Oh well by next week I will be on leave for eight days since I will have my thyroidectomy operation on Thursday, August 28th. This operation have been long overdue since it was supposed to be done last January but due to my anemia, I had hard time having my clearance. Good thing though that since from my initial biopsy findings. it was not cancerous so there's really no rush for the operation. As the doctor have informed it is up to me on when I would like to have my operation but to be safe since the thyroid mass can grow I am advised to have it anytime soon, so please pray for my safe operation.

So what happened to me, a side from our Bohol trip which I will have another post, I also helped my friend that joined a trade show exhibits. It was fun experience for me since this I was able to meet a lot of people. Well another thing that kept me busy for two weekend is for my lookout for table top display that I can give to a wedding I will be attending by September. As a special request of the bride which is a very good friend of ours, she is having a thing for table covers that she can use to their new apartment they will be staying after the wedding. For some reason this is her favorite gift that she has requested from her guest. Oh well since we want to make her extra happy on her special day so we are looking for a very special table covers that we can give them.
